I don’t even know what to say. This kind of shit happens on a daily basis, even when we don’t know about it. Its fucked up beyond words how swiftly and decisively the hammer of justice is swung when the offender is male, but it turns into a light tap with a feather when the offender is female, no matter what the offense.

Multnomah County Circuit Judge Eric Bergstrom told Peterson on Monday that “the reality is you love your children and had absolutely no intent to harm your child.”

See how the judge tells the woman what actually happened? That’s the most public coaching you ever saw in a case like this. In every situation where a woman is accused of committing harm, every step along the way, society’s enablers are there to help the woman go through. Man faces jail for uncovering wife’s affair

This kind of shit only goes down in Western PC-land. The same country that let a woman walk after she shot her husband in cold blood while he was asleep, unplugged the phone and watched him die before calling 911, is going to prosecute a man for reading his wife’s email err, uncovering her affair.

Man faces jail for reading wife’s email

A man in the US faces up to five years in prison for reading his wife’s emails without her permission.

33-year-old Leon Walker says he read his wife Clara’s emails because he suspected her of having an affair with her former husband.

He has been charged under anti-hacking laws aimed at preventing identity theft and the stealing of trade secrets.

Using his wife’s password on a shared laptop, Mr Walker uncovered her alleged affair with her second husband.

Read that last sentence again. They de-emphasize it, but it seems Mr Walker had actually uncovered the affair he had been suspecting. This prosecution is on par with this for high traitor content.

The case raises serious questions about what is, and is not acceptable on shared computers, such as checking a partner’s emails, or social networking accounts.

BULL. FUCKING. SHIT.

All this is about is a woman getting caught out and Uncle Sam running in like the Captain Save-a-Ho he is to save her and make sure the husband is ruined.

I chanced across this article in my feed reader the other day.

I hastily clicked the link to see what had brought about this sea change in attitudes among the British divorce industry. If you go back to the last few big-name celebrity/rich person divorces which made the headlines because the man in question REALLY got fucked, they all happened in the UK. Paul McCartney/Heather Mills, anyone?

So I started reading, and it took me a little bit to figure out how exactly a pre-nup could survive in the man-hating divorce courts of the UK. And then I realized… it was the FEMALE with the pre-nup!! Of course! It all made sense.

Remember that Marriage 2.0 is all about wealth transfer, but only from the man to the woman. Transferring wealth from the royal sex to the male is unconscionable in Western divorce culture.

To wit:

The Supreme Court said it agreed that in the right case such agreements can have decisive or compelling weight.

“In the right case” = “When the woman stands to benefit”

Simple as that.

Virginia Larkin’s daughter pays me a visit

I checked my email a few days ago to find a comment waiting for me that I hadn’t expected.

You may remember I wrote about Howard Raff, the man who killed Virginia Larkin because she was trying to bankrupt him using the child support system. To recap:

Raff said in a videotaped confession that he drove from Arizona to California to kill Larkin. He described walking into the Ukiah law office where she worked in November of last year, shooting her in the head, then turning himself in at the courthouse.

He told jurors the killing was justified because Larkin was trying to bankrupt him. After dodging the court-ordered $200-per-month payments for 22 years, the debt had grown to $85,500 with interest.

“It is incomprehensible to the court how a decision to kill can be motivated by court-ordered child support,” Judge Ronald Brown said at the sentencing.

Now, I’ll just say this – murder is a bad bad thing. What Raff did was not right. However, what the system does to men is not right either. I’m not saying two wrongs make a right – hell, Raff didn’t even target the system that enforced Virginia Larkin’s wishes!

Moving on. Well, apparently Larkin had a grand-daughter, and that little angel paid me a visit! Here’s the comment:

I just read this on Engadget… Motion-capture game teaches tween girls to avoid come-ons of boys.

The University of Central Florida has been awarded a $434k grant to develop a video game for tween girls. The game, which is still in development, is apparently designed to allow girls to “practice” rejecting peer pressure from boys for sex and make outs.

It doesn’t say who granted the $434,000. That’s not a trivial sum of money.

Along side UCF’s institute for simulation and training, Professor Anne Norris is creating a virtual game which works by using simulation and digital puppetry. It sounds complicated, but it’s simple technology.

Israeli Arab who ‘raped’ a woman says verdict ‘racist’

An Arab man convicted in Israel of rape because he pretended he was a Jew when he had consensual sex with a Jewish woman has called the verdict racist.

Sabbar Kashur, 30, was found guilty of “rape by deception” by the Israeli court and sentenced to 18 months in jail.

According to the complaint filed by the woman, the two met in a Jerusalem street in 2008 and had sex that day.

When she discovered he was not Jewish, but an Arab, she went to the police.

Kashur was arrested and charged with rape and indecent assault, but the charges were later replaced by a different charge of “rape by deception”.

House arrestBut according to Kashur, he did not pretend to be Jewish.

He told reporters that he is known by friends and family by the nickname Dudu, which is more commonly used by Jews called David.

He has been under house arrest for two years, he said.

“If I were Jewish, they wouldn’t have even questioned me,” the Haaretz newspaper quoted him as saying.

“That’s not called rape, I didn’t rape her in the forest and and throw her away naked. She agreed to everything that happened.”

‘Unbearable price’In the court’s ruling the judge, Zvi Segal, wrote: “If she had not thought the accused was a Jewish bachelor interested in a serious relationship, she would not have co-operated.”

“The court is obliged to protect the public interest from sophisticated, smooth-tongued criminals who can deceive innocent victims at an unbearable price – the sanctity of their bodies and souls,” the court judgement was quoted as reading.

But Kashur says events were different.

“I’d say she set upon me. She was interested in my motorcycle and so we talked. I didn’t pretend.”

‘Problematic’There is a precedent in Israel for criminal charges being brought in such cases.

One man who told women he slept with he was a neurosurgeon in order to impress them was convicted of fraud.

A lawyer with the Public Defenders’ Office said the court had gone too far.

“The test the court used is problematic,” said Elkana Laist.

“Every time a man tells a woman he loves her, based on which she sleeps with him, he could be convicted of rape.”

Kashur’s lawyers say he will appeal against the sentence.

Around 20% of Israel’s population are of Arab descent.

Reminds me a lot of “statutory rape” of which only men seem to get convicted and serve actual time. Women? They just flash their pussy pass.
